A deposit is required upon reservation to secure
your place on any Heritage Club trip. If you are making your
reservation by
telephone,
you have three working days to submit your deposit. Should it
be necessary to cancel before any trip, we request as much notice
as possible. A refund of your deposit, in full or in part, will
be made if you cancel prior to the final payment date if:
- There
is a waiting list of members and we can fill your vacancy;
- There are no cancellation penalties charged
by our vendors.
If
you cancel after the final payment due date, any refund will
be determined by the vendors and their penalty policies. If there
is not a waiting list for the trip, it is your responsibility
to resell your tickets. We have very few cancellations and
do
appreciate
your help and willingness to be available from a waiting list.
Extended trips feature cancellation insurance, which we highly
recommend.
The Heritage Club is constantly concerned for the well being of all club members.
A particular scheduled Heritage Club trip may be physically enduring or detrimental
to a member’s health and stamina, therefore, impending the speed and
quality of the activity. We reserve the right to determine the ability of any
member to participate in any club activity. To best serve all our customers,
a member’s participation is conditioned upon acceptance of this policy.
